Personal training is all about you. Personal training sessions are customised for you in terms of your interests, goals and what activities you like to do. Trainers use a holistic approach to maximise results. Our personal training recognises the important interaction of nutrition, exercise and learning behaviours in achieving your goals. Regular or single sessions are available. Sessions are 30, 45 or 60 minutes in length. You can train individually, with a friend or in a small group of three or four people.
